Barrons API endpoint
Lists Barron's editorial topics, each with its `slug`, display `name` and landing-page `url`. The list is long and changes over time. Every `slug` is a valid `section` value for `/barrons/headlines`. Takes no parameters.
/barrons/topicsTakes no parameters.
Lists every Barron's editorial topic accepted by /barrons/headlines's section parameter. Each entry carries the topic slug, display name, and landing-page url. Every slug is a valid section value for /barrons/headlines, and this is the discovery source for that endpoint's full accepted value space — the topic directory is large (dozens of live values covering markets, sectors, geographies, and editorial franchises) and changes over time, so it is not pinned as a static enum.
