CTV News sections API
Lists the 27 CTV News sections accepted by `ctvnews-headlines`: 12 national topic sections such as `canada`, `politics` and `sci-tech`, and 15 local newsrooms such as `toronto`, `calgary` and `atlantic`. Video, photo, weather, podcast, sponsored and shopping hubs are not included.

How this endpoint behaves
Returns the public section slugs accepted by ctvnews-headlines: canada, politics, world, business, health, entertainment, lifestyle, climate-and-environment, sci-tech, sports, opinion, highly-engaged, atlantic, barrie, calgary, edmonton, kitchener, london, montreal, northern-ontario, ottawa, regina, saskatoon, toronto, vancouver, windsor, winnipeg.
The first twelve are national topic sections; the remaining fifteen are local newsrooms. Video, photo, weather, podcast, sponsored and shopping hubs are not news sections and are not listed.
