How this endpoint behaves
Query parameter: url is required and must be a canonical HTTPS Daily Kos story URL under /stories/YYYY/M/D/<id>/news/<slug>. Community story URLs and other page types are rejected.
Returns staff article metadata and readable text paragraphs. The site's terms license staff-created content for republication, while photographer-owned images and community contributions have separate licensing; therefore image_url is omitted and only /news/ staff stories are accepted.
