Lists the 12 E! News sections accepted by `eonline-headlines`, from `top_stories`, `tv` and `movies` to `royals`, `fashion` and `shop`. Each entry has the `slug`, `name` and feed `url`. The list is curated from the main navigation hubs and major tag feeds, not every tag.

How this endpoint behaves
Returns the section slugs accepted by eonline-headlines: top_stories, tv, movies, music, celebrities, couples, royals, red_carpet, influencer, style, fashion, shop.
E! News tags are an open-ended set on the site. This list is a curated set of its main navigation hubs plus the major tag feeds, live-verified to return 30 items each.
