Returns the latest Economic Times headlines for one section. `section` is required and takes a slug such as `top-stories`, `markets-stocks`, `mf-mf-news`, `industry-banking-finance`, `jobs-fresher` or `news-india`. Each item has its title, URL, summary, publication time and image.

A section whose own upstream RSS items link to a non-article page (for example podcasts, whose items link to an episode index, or the two -podcast sections, which link to a podcast player) still returns real title/url/summary metadata here -- it is only /api/v1/economictimes/article that would reject that specific item's url as not a canonical article URL.
