How this endpoint behaves

Parameters: none.

Notable response behavior: returns the current public top entities displayed by Flashscore's search overlay (up to 10 teams, players, or tournament templates). This list changes over time and is not a complete entity directory. Use /api/v1/flashscore/search?q=... for query-driven results. Results observed in the current live capture are soccer-focused, even though the top-search request asks the shared search service for entity types 1 through 4; do not assume this endpoint covers top entities in every sport.
