FotMob API endpoint
Returns FotMob's current grouped trending suggestions for all entities, players, teams, and leagues. The feed is dynamic and may vary by the upstream's inferred region; no region or category parameter is exposed.

The endpoint returns FotMob's current grouped trending suggestions for all
entities, players, teams, and leagues. The feed can vary over time and by the
upstream's inferred region. Region-specific codes are not exposed because the
complete accepted code set has not been verified. The response preserves the
upstream JSON shape; an empty suggestions array is valid, but a missing all
group or its suggestions field is treated as upstream drift.
