How this endpoint behaves
Returns public article metadata and readable body paragraphs. GhanaWeb's article metadata identifies the publisher, not individual bylines, so the response omits person authors.
Query parameters:
url(required): an HTTPS canonical GhanaWeb story URL ending in its numeric story ID. The URL must use an article section path; TV and archive-browser URLs are rejected.
