HuffPost sections API
Lists the topic hubs accepted by `huffpost-headlines`, such as `news/politics`, `impact/business`, `life/travel` and `voices/latino-voices`. Each entry has a `slug`, display `name` and hub `url`. Games, Horoscopes, Newsletters and HuffPost's international editions are excluded.

How this endpoint behaves
Returns the complete public topic-hub inventory accepted by /api/v1/huffpost/headlines.
Each section includes a stable slug, display name, and public upstream url. Interactive/non-article surfaces the site's navigation also links (Games, Horoscopes, Newsletters) and HuffPost's separate international-edition sites are intentionally excluded, since neither returns an article listing.
