Mashable API endpoint
Returns one Mashable author's public profile (name, job title, biography, image, social links) plus one page of their recent articles. Profile fields are only present on page 1.
/mashable/authorQuery parameters:
slug (optional): an author slug, e.g. amanda-yeo.url (optional): a canonical https://mashable.com/author/<slug> URL, as an alternative to slug.page (optional): 1-based page number of the article list. Defaults to 1. A page past the end of the author's archive returns 404.Exactly one of slug/url is required (if both are sent, slug wins). Page 1 returns the profile fields (name, title (job title), biography, image_url, social_links) and the first 25 articles. Pages 2 and later return only slug, url, page, has_next_page, and articles; the profile fields are omitted. has_next_page reports whether more articles exist. Each article carries title, url, summary, published_at, author, and image_url. Article lists can include video and shopping pages as well as news articles.
social_links[].platform is derived from the site's icon (for example twitter).
