News18 API endpoint
Returns a News18 article by canonical `url` in the form `/<section>/<slug>-<id>.html`, optionally with a subsection. The response has title, description, authors, lead image, publication and update times, a `paywalled` flag and body `paragraphs`. `section` is the article's own category, so it can be a subsection such as `business/markets` that `news18-sections` does not list.
/news18/articleQuery parameter: url is a canonical HTTPS news18.com article URL in the form /<section>/<slug>-<id>.html or /<section>/<subsection>/<slug>-<id>.html. Returns public metadata and body paragraphs.
section reflects the article's own News18 category and is not restricted to the news18-sections slug list -- News18 publishes articles under subsections (for example business/markets, movies/bollywood) that this family's headlines endpoint does not enumerate separately.
