PEOPLE section headlines API
Returns fresh headlines from one PEOPLE section listing page. section accepts any slug returned by GET /people/sections (37 values, too many to enumerate inline -- see that endpoint for the full, current list), for example "celebrity" or "royals".

How this endpoint behaves
Query parameter: section is required. Accepts any slug returned by
people-sections (37 values, e.g. celebrity or
royals) -- see that endpoint for the full, current, live-verified list. An
unrecognized slug returns a 400 error rather than being silently accepted.
