Punch top stories API
Returns the latest Punch stories from punchng.com: title, article URL, summary, author and publication time. Takes no parameters. Punch labels its times as UTC but publishes them in West Africa Time (UTC+1), and `published_at` is corrected for that one-hour skew.

How this endpoint behaves
Returns the latest Punch (punchng.com) stories from its public RSS feed: title, canonical article URL, summary, and publish time (RFC 3339 UTC). Punch's feed labels its timestamps as UTC but publishes them in West Africa Time (UTC+1); the API corrects that one-hour skew, so published_at is a true UTC time.
