Rappler section headlines API
Returns the latest Rappler stories for one section. `section` is required and takes one of the site's category slugs, such as `business`, `nation`, `entertainment`, `fact-check`, `investigative` or `climate-change`. Each item has its title, URL, summary, publication time and author, plus an image when the outlet provides one.

Headlines come from the section's public feed (the 10 most recent stories) and carry a title, canonical article URL, summary, publication time, author byline, and image when the feed provides them. plus-membership-program and exclusive-content return the same feed. Links in a feed that are not stories (category or profile pages) are dropped.
