Rotten Tomatoes API endpoint
Returns Rotten Tomatoes celebrity/person metadata and filmography rows. Pass exactly one of `path` or `url`.
/rottentomatoes/personQuery parameters:
path: Rotten Tomatoes person path, for example /celebrity/christopher_nolan.url: absolute https://www.rottentomatoes.com person URL.Filmography paging (optional):
media_type: filmography list to page, movie or tv. Omit to use the page's
embedded first page.sort: order of that list. Allowed values: newest, oldest,
audience_highest, audience_lowest, critic_highest, critic_lowest.
Defaults to newest.after: pagination cursor. Pass data.page_info.end_cursor from the previous
response to fetch the next filmography page.limit: filmography page size. Defaults to 20. A value above the maximum of
100 is lowered to 100; a negative value is rejected with 400.The celebrity page embeds only the first filmography page; the rest come from
Rotten Tomatoes' open filmography module JSON (/cnapi/modules/filmography/...),
so paging is an ordinary proxied HTTP call, not a render. Supplying any of these
parameters replaces data.filmography with the requested page and updates
data.page_info and data.filmography_api_url.
Notable response behavior:
data.public_page_derived is true.highest_rated and lowest_rated are included only when the public bio
panel exposes those title links and scores.filmography rows prefer the embedded filmography module because it includes
credits plus critic and audience score summaries.| Field | Filled in, of 24 checked | Values in the sample |
