SFGate API endpoint
Returns an SFGATE author's name, job title, biography, headshot, public profile links, and recent articles from a canonical author URL. Author pages are served through proxied browser renderers; the service does not bypass authentication or access controls.
/sfgate/authorQuery parameter: url is a canonical HTTPS sfgate.com/author/<slug>/ URL. Returns the author's name, job title, biography, headshot, public profile links (same_as), and the recent articles shown on their page. Author pages are fetched through proxied browser renderers; when none can load the page the endpoint returns a 503 upstream error.
