Sportskeeda author API
Returns a Sportskeeda author's profile, looked up by `slug` (for example `sripad`) or canonical `url`; at least one is required. The response has the name and the articles listed on the profile, each with title and URL, and can also carry `biography`, `role` and `image_url`.

How this endpoint behaves
Query parameters:
slug(optional): one Sportskeeda author slug, such assripad.url(optional): canonical HTTPSsportskeeda.com/author/<slug>URL; use instead ofslug.
Notable response behavior: at least one of slug or url is required. Returns the public profile name and article links listed on that profile. Use the sections, taxonomy search, and sitemap endpoints to discover Sportskeeda categories, topics, and other content URLs.
