TikTok API endpoint
Returns one collection's record unmodified in `item_archive`: name, cover images, creator (`uid`, `creator_name`), status and `statistic.total`. `collection_id` is the `item_archive_id` from the collection list endpoint; web playlist (`mix`) ids are a different namespace and are rejected upstream with a permission error.

into a named collection before paging its videos.
Query parameters:
collection_id: required. The collection's item_archive_id (the id field of a collection list row).
This is not the web playlist/mix id: a tiktok.com/@user/playlist/... id answers status_code 7

creator TikTok, state 3, statistic.total 139 (2.0 KB). An unknown id answers status_code 7, surfaced as a
typed upstream error.
