VICE API endpoint
Returns fresh headlines from one VICE section, either its public RSS feed (News, Life, Tech, Music) or its public listing page for the remaining sections.
/vice/headlinesQuery parameter: section is required and must be one of news, life,
tech, music, munchies, waypoint, rec-room, membership,
via-vice, spotlights, theunstoppables, or eu.
For news, munchies, waypoint, rec-room, membership, via-vice,
spotlights, theunstoppables, and eu, which have no working section RSS
feed, items are listed from the section's public listing page instead.
