Vox API endpoint
Returns a Vox author profile from their canonical `url` (`www.vox.com/authors/<slug>`, required). The response has the name, `job_title` from the masthead (such as Senior Politics Correspondent), `bio` and recent articles, each with title, URL, excerpt, category and an ISO-8601 `published_at`.
/vox/authorQuery parameters:
url (required): a canonical https://www.vox.com/authors/<slug> URL.job_title reflects the author's masthead credit (for example "Senior Politics Correspondent"). Each article's category is the post's primary Vox vertical (for example "Politics"); published_at is an ISO-8601 timestamp taken directly from the platform's own data.
Example response (truncated):
{"code":200,"data":{"url":"https://www.vox.com/authors/andrew-prokop","name":"Andrew Prokop","job_title":"Senior Politics Correspondent","bio":"Andrew Prokop is a senior politics correspondent at Vox, covering the White House, elections, and political scandals and investigations.","articles":[{"title":"What the shutdown fight really means","url":"https://www.vox.com/politics/503500/shutdown-fight-explained","category":"Politics","excerpt":"A breakdown of the standoff.","published_at":"2026-09-21T14:00:00+00:00"}]}}
