Zappos API endpoint

Search Zappos products API

Searches Zappos's product catalog by keyword, with real page-based pagination. Returns products with brand, pricing, sale status, rating, and review count, plus filterable facets (gender, department, shoe size, and more) each with a live result count and its own drill-down URL. Requesting a page beyond the available results returns a normal, empty result rather than an error.

How this endpoint behaves

term is required, 1 to 200 characters. page is optional, 1-based, defaults to 1.

Notable response behavior:

Pagination is real and page-based, up to 100 results per page (page_size). page_count is the total number of pages for the term; has_more is true while page < page_count.
Requesting a page beyond page_count returns a normal 200 with an empty products array, not an error.
on_sale and is_new are booleans. percent_off is a display string (e.g. "26%").
color_id identifies the specific color variant shown in this search result; pass it as colorId to /zappos/product/{productId} to view that exact variant.
facets lists this page's own filterable fields. Each facet's field and name describe what it filters (e.g. gender, department, shoe size); each of its values carries a value, a live count for that filter, whether it is currently selected, and a drill-down url. A field with no usable values is omitted.
