ZDNet API endpoint
Returns one ZDNet article, review or how-to by its canonical `zdnet.com` `url`. The response has the title, description, published and updated times, section labels, authors, lead image and body `paragraphs`. Video, topic and author pages are not supported and return an error instead of an empty article.
/zdnet/articleQuery parameter: url is a canonical HTTPS zdnet.com article URL, for example https://www.zdnet.com/tech/<slug>/, https://www.zdnet.com/article/<slug>/ or https://www.zdnet.com/home-and-office/<topic>/<slug>/. Returns public metadata (title, description, publication and update times, section labels, authors, lead image) and the article body. News stories, product reviews, how-to guides and deal posts all use the same format.
paragraphs holds the body text in reading order: paragraphs and bullet-list items. Headings, image captions, product-review cards, pull quotes, embedded videos, the author footer, the "Follow ZDNET" banner and "Also:" related-story teasers are not included.
ZDNet articles are freely readable, with no subscription wall. Video pages (/video/...), topic and author pages, and any page without a readable article body are not supported and return an error rather than an empty article. Sponsored posts live under /paid-content/ in their URL and are returned like any other article, though many are a single infographic with one short paragraph.
