Response behavior

Returns the public clues and image metadata for that game's date. The response omits `correct_response` so a caller cannot use the scraper endpoint to reveal the active puzzle solution. A date with no puzzle returns an empty `instances` array when the upstream returns a valid empty set; HTTP 404 remains a not-found error.
