No parameters. Returns all active WordPress categories and topics plus editorial archive sections. Taxonomy slugs are dynamically discovered; each slug is namespaced as `category:<slug>` or `topic:<slug>`. Archive slugs are `archive:reviews`, `archive:videos`, `archive:how-to`, and `archive:roundups`.
