Race-card monitoring
Use DraftKings Racing / DK Horse endpoints to turn race-card monitoring into repeatable API requests with documented inputs and JSON responses.
Follow the public race-card flow for DraftKings Racing, labeled DK Horse Racing on its current homepage: discover scheduled races, inspect the track directory, then resolve a race card by its ID. Race detail can include runners, post positions, published odds, and results; wagering controls and payout pools are not part of this API.

Managed execution
Every figure below is read from the live DraftKings Racing / DK Horse endpoint catalog — 3 endpoints, 4 documented request parameters, and 3 published response schemas — the same catalog Docs and Playground run against.
3 documented DraftKings Racing / DK Horse endpoints, all in the Racing family.
4 request parameters are documented across those DraftKings Racing / DK Horse endpoints, 4 of them required — the full input contract is public before you write any integration code.
3 of the 3 DraftKings Racing / DK Horse endpoints ship a recorded example response, and 3 carry a documented response schema — you can code against the real JSON before the first request.
DraftKings Racing / DK Horse endpoints document their error responses (400, 429 and 503) alongside the success schema, so a block, a rate limit, or a missing record comes back as a typed error rather than silently empty data.
3 hosted MCP tools back the DraftKings Racing / DK Horse endpoints, so an agent can call the same routes with the same parameters and the same JSON contract, with no custom glue.

`fetched_at` is when this API retrieved the page. Track type values seen on 2026-10-25 are `Thoroughbred`, `Harness` and `Mixed` (a track whose card runs more than one breed); treat the field as an open string. The endpoint returns all tracks and does not accept a type or location filter.

How to scrape DraftKings Racing / DK Horse
On 2026-10-25 the public DraftKings Racing homepage headed its product DK Horse Racing and showed a scheduled-races sidebar, an All Tracks directory, Featured Bets and a Horse Betting 101 guide covering bet types, odds and payouts. The API follows that structure with three routes: a schedule read from the sidebar, a track directory and one race card by id. It deliberately stops short of wagering data, which is the main difference from the FanDuel Racing endpoints.
The schedule route returns track, race number, post time, status and race_id for the cards the homepage shows. On 2026-10-25 at 13:18 UTC it returned 376 races across 46 track names, with post times from 13:15 UTC that day to 20:05 UTC on 10-26, every one with status Open (two post times had already passed) and at most 15 races per track. Some track_name values look like bet packages or series rather than venues (Coast to Coast Pick 5, Gulfstream Turf Pick 3, Santa Anita All Turf Pick 3), so reconcile each name against the tracks route.
The tracks route returns track type, status, country and the scheduled race count for each track. On 2026-10-25 at 20:13 UTC it returned 47 tracks across 12 country codes (USA 20, Canada 5, Australia 5, Sweden 3, France 3, then New Zealand, Ireland, Turkey and England at 2 each and South Africa, Japan and Uruguay at 1). By type that was 27 Thoroughbred, 18 Harness and 2 Mixed (Los Alamitos QH and Will Rogers Downs, which are QuarterHorse and Thoroughbred cards), and by status 31 Open, 15 Completed and 1 Canceled: Aintree in England, with 7 races scheduled. Completed and canceled rows carry no start_time, and the largest cards were 15 races at Shenandoah Downs and Northfield Park. The same bet-package names that appear in the schedule (Coast to Coast Pick 5, Gulfstream Turf Pick 3, Santa Anita All Turf Pick 3) are listed here as tracks. If a track row is incomplete, the route returns a parser error naming the drift rather than a partial list, so do not cache an error as "no tracks".
Pass a race_id from the schedule to the race route for entries, horse identifiers, morning-line and live odds, and finish positions once posted. Pools, probable payouts, bet-form ids, WebSocket requests, favorites and participant personal names are excluded.
If you need pools, payoffs or wager-type reference data, the FanDuel Racing endpoints carry them; this group does not.

From the schedule route; each listed race carries the id the race route accepts.
The current homepage labels the product DK Horse Racing, so the page names both. The API paths and group stay draftkings/racing.
These routes parse DraftKings pages, so a changed layout can surface as a parser error instead of partial data. Retry later and treat an error as missing data, not as an empty result. Earlier on 2026-10-25 five calls to the tracks route produced one parser error and four upstream failures while the schedule route returned 376 races; after the API changed how it makes that request, the tracks route returned all 47 tracks at 20:13 UTC. One route failing does not mean the others are down.
No. The routes are read-only and never submit or manage a wager.
