eBay API endpoint
Returns one eBay Live stream or event by `id`, taken from the `streams[].id` of the stream list. The response has title, description, state, start and end times, viewer, watch and like counts, tags, channels and the live, preview and replay URLs. Each host carries a 365-day feedback summary and four average ratings. An unknown id returns `404`.

id: eBay Live stream/event id, from an ebay-live-streams response's streams[].idReturns detail for a single eBay Live stream/event, including host, tags, live state, and current viewer count. Returns 404 when the stream id does not exist.
Each host in hosts[] also carries the seller's feedback summary for the last 365 days: feedback_positive_count, feedback_neutral_count, feedback_negative_count, feedback_positive_percent, and four average ratings (communication_rating, item_as_described_rating, shipping_cost_rating, shipping_time_rating).
Note: hosts[].feedback_* and *_rating fields are only populated on this endpoint. GET /ebay/live/streams (the hub feed) does not request feedback data, so those fields are absent there.
