Forbes Author Profile API

Returns one Forbes contributor or staff author's public byline page: name, display type, bio, headshot, and their most recent bylined articles. This is the journalist byline page at forbes.com/sites/<slug>/, distinct from forbes-person, which is a billionaire net-worth profile from Forbes's rich-list data.

How this endpoint behaves

Query parameters:

slug (optional): a Forbes contributor slug, e.g. alisondurkee.
url (optional): a canonical https://www.forbes.com/sites/<slug>/ URL, as an alternative to slug.

Exactly one of slug/url is required. display_type is Forbes's own author classification (for example Forbes Staff or Forbes Contributor). articles is the same "recent stories by this author" widget the page itself renders -- a fixed initial batch, not a paginated feed. short_bio is the one-line byline blurb; bio is the fuller biography text with embedded links stripped to plain paragraphs.
