Microsoft Store API endpoint
Returns a Microsoft Store editorial article (currently only seen in the wild as a per-product Microsoft Store Awards writeup). There is no discovery endpoint for editorial ids: they are only found embedded in a product's own award.editorial_id field, returned by /microsoftstore/search, /microsoftstore/category, /microsoftstore/charts, /microsoftstore/publisher, and /microsoftstore/related when that product carries an award. An unknown/invalid id returns a 503 upstream error, not a clean 404 -- the upstream itself does not distinguish the two.
/microsoftstore/editorialThere is no discovery endpoint for editorial ids. They are only found embedded in a product's own award.editorial_id field, returned by /microsoftstore/search, /microsoftstore/category, /microsoftstore/charts, /microsoftstore/publisher, and /microsoftstore/related when that product carries an award — not every product has one.
Query parameters:
editorial_id (required) — editorial content id, e.g. Editorials/Awards_2025/Global/Notion_xpdbvss44r0l9h.country (optional, default US) — store country/region code (ISO-2).locale (optional, default en-US) — display locale (BCP-47).An unknown/invalid editorial_id returns a 503 upstream error, not a clean 404 — the upstream itself returns a generic 500 for a bad id, with no way to distinguish "not found" from a transient failure.
Returns editorial_id, title, header_image, subtitle (text, icon), paragraphs[], relevant_products[] (same shape as /microsoftstore/search's items[] — typically the one product the award/editorial is about), and source_url.
