Sportskeeda video API
Returns metadata for one Sportskeeda video page by host-free `slug`, such as `cricket/sunil-naraine-batting-cpl`: its id, title, poster image, stream URL and, when available, a description. A page without a video player returns an upstream error, and stream availability can depend on geography.

How this endpoint behaves
Query parameter: slug (required) is an individual video page path without the hostname, such as cricket/sunil-naraine-batting-cpl. Discover video slugs through /sportskeeda/videos or the video sitemap.
Header: x-api-key (required).
Returns the public player's video ID, title, HLS stream URL, poster, and available description. A page without a Sportskeeda video player returns an upstream error. Stream availability can depend on Sportskeeda's own geography rules.
