How this endpoint behaves
Lists the 57 editorial category slugs accepted by national_headlines. The source is Arc's first-party sitemap-section category index; each category was cold-checked against its public RSS feed. Podcast, newsletter, puzzle, partner-content, advertorial and other promotional surfaces are omitted. Some editorial categories may have no current RSS items; those are still valid values and return an empty items list.
