How this endpoint behaves

Returns one The Star (Malaysia) byline's public author page: the display name, the public byline email the page prints (omitted when there is none), and the most recent stories the page lists.

Query parameters:

name (optional): the byline exactly as printed in a story's byline link, e.g. Ivan Loh. Matching is case-insensitive; 2 to 80 letters, spaces, dots, apostrophes or hyphens.
url (optional): a canonical https://www.thestar.com.my/authors?q=<name> URL, as an alternative to name.

Exactly one of name/url is required. The response covers the first page of the author's archive (the 10 most recent stories; no further pagination); each story has title, url, section, summary, published_at (RFC 3339, Malaysia time) and image_url where present. Only the teaser fields are returned: full story text is available through /api/v1/thestarmy/article, which honors The Star's paywall. A byline The Star has never printed returns a not-found error.
