A 2026-10-27 pull listed 29 slugs and the news route returned 53 stories from the previous three days with summaries and images but no bylines. A second pull on 2026-10-27 re-checked the 29-slug section list and the cross-section feed.

Feed rows carry no author, so open the article for the byline URL (https://www.rte.ie/author/<id>-<slug>/) and pass it to the author route.
