Returns an RTÉ News author's profile by canonical `url` (`https://www.rte.ie/author/<id>-<slug>/`, the author link on an article byline): name, headshot, `role` and recent articles, each with title, URL, summary, publication time and image. `role` is the job title the page shows, for example Political Correspondent, and is omitted when there is none.

Returns the latest RTÉ News stories for one section. `section` is required and takes one of 29 slugs such as `ireland`, `world`, `politics`, `dublin`, `courts` or `nuacht` (Irish-language); others return a 400. Each item has its title, URL, summary, publication time and image. Small sections like `science` return only a handful of items.
Required: section (29 allowed values: ireland, world, politics, business, regional, connacht, dublin, leinster, munster, ulster, middle-east, europe, uk, us, ukraine, a-european-perspective, nuacht, newslens, analysis-and-comment, investigations-unit, crime, courts, education, health, environment, science, technology, weather, your-money).

Lists the 29 RTÉ News section hubs that `rte-headlines` accepts, such as `ireland`, `politics`, `dublin`, `ukraine` and `investigations-unit`. Each entry has a `slug`, a display `name` and the feed `url`. The list is curated to hubs with their own article feed, so narrower topic pages are not included.
