Returns the 100 most recent 7NEWS Australia stories for one topic. `section` is required and takes a topic slug such as `news-sydney`, `sport-afl` or `business-property`, which is the site path with slashes replaced by hyphens. Each item has its title, URL, summary, publication time, author when credited, and lead image.
