Google Patents API endpoint
Returns Google Patents' own autocomplete suggestions for an inventor or assignee name as the user types, the same suggestions shown by the Inventor/Assignee fields on Google Patents' advanced search page. Public data, sourced from Google Patents' own search API.
/googlepatents/suggestQuery parameters:
field (required) — which field to autocomplete. Allowed values: inventor, assignee.value (required) — partial name typed so far.Response fields: field, value, suggestions[] (value, description), source_url, fetched_at.
A value with no matches returns a 200 response with an empty suggestions array, not an error.
