Headlines come from the section page's article cards, in page order, and carry a title and canonical article URL plus, when the card shows them, a summary, published_at and image_url. A section page can also surface promoted stories from other sections. Cards are not flagged by access level; most Toronto Star articles are metered, see the article endpoint.
