Vanguard sections API
Lists the 42 Vanguard sections accepted by `vanguardng-headlines`. Each has a `slug` (nested categories contain a `/`, as in `business/energy`), a display `name` and a feed `url`. `national-news` is the site's News category and `promoted` is sponsored content. Takes no parameters.

How this endpoint behaves
Returns the complete public section inventory accepted by /api/v1/vanguardng/headlines: 42 WordPress categories whose own RSS feed returned a real 20-item document on 2026-09-25 and whose newest story is under 90 days old: national-news, top-stories, more-news, politics, business, business/energy, business/insurance-and-you, sports, entertainment, health, education-2, technology, innovation-2, aviation, agric, motoring, pension, foreign, editorial, opinion, columns, viewpoints, discourse, features, special-reports, thearts, cartoons, romance-an-relationships, homes-property, travel-and-tourism, style/allure/interviews, tribute, promoted, videos, top-podcasts, national-news/icymi, more, more/education, more/interview, more/labour, more/law-and-human-rights, more/metro.
Each section has a slug (the category path under /category/, so nested categories contain a /), a display name, and the section's RSS feed url. national-news is the site's "News" category, and promoted holds sponsored content. Single-columnist archives, legacy campaign categories and feeds with no story in the last 90 days are not listed.
