Managed execution
Every figure below is read from the live DraftKings DFS endpoint catalog — 5 endpoints, 5 documented request parameters, and 5 published response schemas — the same catalog Docs and Playground run against.
5 documented DraftKings DFS endpoints, all in the Dfs family.
5 request parameters are documented across those DraftKings DFS endpoints, 5 of them required — the full input contract is public before you write any integration code.
5 of the 5 DraftKings DFS endpoints ship a recorded example response, and 5 carry a documented response schema — you can code against the real JSON before the first request.
DraftKings DFS endpoints document their error responses (429 and 503) alongside the success schema, so a block, a rate limit, or a missing record comes back as a typed error rather than silently empty data.
5 hosted MCP tools back the DraftKings DFS endpoints, so an agent can call the same routes with the same parameters and the same JSON contract, with no custom glue.

/draftkings/dfs/sports
Endpoint catalog
/draftkings/dfs/sportsReturns the public US-DK sport catalog with exact sport codes and DraftKings' enabled/public-contests flags. The flags describe the source catalog, not caller-specific location eligibility. This endpoint does not access contests, lineups, prizes, or account data.
MCP tool draftkings_dfs_sports
/draftkings/dfs/guideReturns public contest-type summaries and sport landing-page links from DraftKings' Daily Fantasy Sports guide. Use draftkings_dfs_glossary for the page's public terminology definitions. This is a read-only guide directory; it does not access contests, lineups, player pools, or accounts. Availability and age limits vary by location.
Response notes
that paid contest availability and age requirements vary by location. This endpoint does not enter the contest lobby or access lineups, player pools, accounts, or user contest history. Use `/api/v1/draftkings/dfs/glossary` for the glossary terms and definitions shown on the same public guide page. Use `/api/v1/draftkings/dfs/rules-and-scoring` for the detailed public scoring and lineup-rule catalog.
MCP tool draftkings_dfs_guide
/draftkings/dfs/glossaryReturns the public Daily Fantasy glossary terms and definitions from DraftKings' How to Play page. It does not access the contest lobby, player pool, or account data.
Response notes
public page's embedded data. It does not return account state, contests, entries, or player-pool data.
Sampled 26 Oct 2026: 9 items, 2 fields filled in every item. term: “PMR” and 8 other values; definition: median 187 characters.
MCP tool draftkings_dfs_glossary
/draftkings/dfs/nfl-best-ball/featured-contestsLists the contest cards currently shown in DraftKings' public NFL Best Ball Featured Contests section, including displayed entry-fee and top-prize amounts and maximum entries. This is the landing-page selection, not the full contest lobby or a guarantee that a contest remains open. It does not follow tournament-detail links or return promotions, entries, lineups, or account data.
MCP tool draftkings_dfs_nfl_best_ball_featured_contests
/draftkings/dfs/rules-and-scoringReturns the public Daily Fantasy rules and scoring overview plus visible sports and contest-style rules. Each rule includes upstream game-type IDs and sanitized scoring content. Hidden records, including XFL rules, are omitted; contests, players, prizes, lineups, and account data are not returned.
Response notes
sport rules; `overview` is returned separately. The current feed has 23 visible sports, 111 visible sport rules, and 173 unique game-type IDs. The response uses a 30-minute fresh and 24-hour stale cache. Upstream 403 or transport failures retain the stale response when one is available. Billing: 2 credits per request.

How to scrape DraftKings DFS
DraftKings' public DFS data is wider than its lobby suggests. On 2026-10-25 the sport catalog held 25 codes, 18 enabled and 13 with public contests: College Basketball, UFL, Call of Duty, CFL and Valorant were enabled but had no public contests, and seven codes (EuroLeague, XFL, Dota 2, Rocket League, AFL, iRacing, Miscellaneous) were switched off. The rules-and-scoring catalog covered 23 sports, 111 rules and 173 game types in a payload of about 1.7 MB.
The sports route returns is_enabled and has_public_contests separately, and they disagree for five codes. Treat them as a source catalog snapshot, not as a location or eligibility check for the caller.
The rules-and-scoring route returns every sport and contest style in one response, with HTML and text for each rule plus upstream game-type ids. NFL alone had 21 rule entries (Classic, Tiers, Showdown Captain Mode, Best Ball, Snake, SuperFlex, Single Stat) along with sponsor-branded contests such as KFC Sunday Night Series. NFL Classic scored 4 points per passing touchdown, 0.04 per passing yard and a 3-point bonus for 300 yards.
The featured-contests route showed four cards on 2026-10-25: a $25 entry for the $20M Millionaire (top prize $3,000,000, 150 entries), $555 for the $5M Monster Millionaire (top prize $1,000,000, 150), $59 for the $500K Strong Side (top prize $100,000, 150) and $3 for the $1M Play Action (top prize $100,000, 20 entries). The name carries the total pool, so keep it separate from the top-prize field.
The glossary returned nine terms: PMR, OPRK, 50/50, Bankroll, GPP, Chalk, Multi-entry, FPPG and Salary. Salary is where the $50,000 cap is stated. The guide route returned 16 contest types on 2026-10-25 (Single Stat, Head-to-Head, Tournament, Best Ball, Snake Draft, Tiers, 50/50s, Beginner Contests and more) and 13 sport landing pages, from Fantasy Football to Fantasy Esports.
Agent skills
Install a Crawlora agent skill and your agent can pull DraftKings DFS data as JSON through the documented API, without writing a scraper. These skills cover DraftKings DFS:

npx skills add github.com/Crawlora-org/crawlora-skills --skill fantasy-sports-researchFAQ
The two flags measure different things. On 2026-10-25, College Basketball, UFL, Call of Duty, CFL and Valorant were enabled in the catalog yet listed no public contests, so filter on has_public_contests when you need active sports.
PMR is Player Minutes Remaining, OPRK is Opponent Rank (fantasy points a defense allows to a position) and GPP is Guaranteed Prize Pool, a tournament with a set prize pool regardless of entries.
About 1.7 MB on 2026-10-25, covering 23 sports and 111 rules. Fetch it once and cache it instead of calling per sport.
No. It returns the four featured cards from the public landing page; presence on it does not mean a contest still has open entries.
