Returns the current Philstar (Philippine Star) top stories from the public homepage: the latest, trending and featured stories with summary, byline, thumbnail and the publication date encoded in the story URL.

How this endpoint behaves
Returns the current top stories on the Philstar (Philippine Star, philstar.com) homepage: title, canonical article URL, a short summary, the byline author, a thumbnail and published_at, for the latest, trending, featured and section-highlight stories together (about 65 stories, most recent first, including the Filipino-language Pilipino Star Ngayon / Pang-Masa and Cebuano Banat / The Freeman stories the homepage promotes).
Returns stories from the Philstar homepage. The homepage shows only relative times ("9 hours ago"), so published_at is the calendar date encoded in the story URL (YYYY-MM-DD, Manila calendar day), not a timestamp; the article endpoint returns the full publication time. summary, author and image_url are omitted when a card does not show them.
